May one see it?
London, United Kingdom
It belongs to the collection, but is not on display at present.
This ivory relief is made in the late 18th or early 19th century. It depicts one cupid holding a torch and leading the dog, on which is seated a second cupid with a lyre.
This relief is probably from a brooch in imitation of a cameo.
