In 1896 and 1900 he produced two triptychs depicting the Place Clichy, near which Bonnard's studio was located; the first was titled The Ages of Life.

Lithographs Some Aspects of Parisian Life
Commissioned by Ambroise Vollard, Bonnard produced the series of color lithographs Some Aspects of Parisian Life (Quelques aspects de la vie de Paris); many of its motifs later reappeared in the paintings of the Morozov suite.

109 Lithographs for Verlaine's Parallèlement
Bonnard created 109 lithographs for Paul Verlaine's book of poems Parallèlement and presented paintings at the 1900 Salon des Indépendants.
