Drawing of Stanislas Idzikowski as Harlequin in The Ballets Russes production of Mikhail Fokine's ballet Le Carnaval probably a study for a souvenir plywood figure. The drawing shows Harlequin in green, red and white lozenged tights, white shirt with black bow, black skull-cap and mask, his left hand on his hip and right hand gesturing.

Idzikowski became a noted interpreter of the role of Harlequin from the time it was performed when Serge Diaghilev's Ballets Russes toured the USA 1916-17.
